      Guests bringing in horses temporarily must show proof of Negative Coggins testing.

      A deposit (credit card, cash, check, or member account) is required to guarantee reservations.

      Check out time is noon unless prior arrangements have been made. Occupancy after noon may result in a charge for an additional day.

      No more than four people are permitted in one room unless approved in advance by Management.

      Members, adult dependents, Inn guests, and those who are visiting guests are permitted on the Clubhouse second floor and stairways.

      Advance reservations are recommended. The number of rooms a member may reserve at one time, during weekends and holidays, may be limited to four.

      CANCELLATIONS: Holiday and weekend reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to check-in date. Other reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in date.

      CANCELLATION FEES: Failure to cancel a reservation as prescribed above will result in the following fees:

      • One night – Full room charge

      • More than one night – Full charge for the first night and 50% of the remaining reservation.

      It is the policy of Pecan Plantation to extend every courtesy to our members who experience the loss of a loved one. In keeping with this policy our inn has established a bereavement hotel rate. The bereavement rate will apply to members and member’s immediate family as defined in the Rules & Regulations. The bereavement rate will be $50 per night for a maximum of four (4) nights and is contingent upon room availability. Any period of time over 4 nights will be charged at the regular room rate. Management reserves the right to verify a request for the bereavement rate.

Every Wednesday from 4.00 pm to 6:00 pm (LIMBS ONLY - NO TRASH)

Last Saturday of each month from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Trash and limbs)

Accepted items for recycling (paper, glass, cardboard and plastic – (no need to sort recyclables).

TVs, refrigerators, tires, paints and any items considered hazardous material are not accepted.
