Our remarkable staff creates elegant cuisine to encompass your event with flavor and style. Whether it is our classic Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast with Roasted Poblano Cream or a custom dish to truly inspire your guests, we are dedicated to the execution of a perfect event. Our team shares a passion in preparing outstanding menus that celebrate the talents of each individual. We take pride in bringing unique elements to each dish to insure the experience of a one-of-a-kind event.

We hope that this information will be useful in helping you plan a successful event. Pecan Plantation Country Club opens its doors to you and your guests with an extra touch of our “comfort with style.” We strive to prepare small, intimate dinners for a few to a large gala for two hundred and fifty.

Please don’t hesitate to tour the facilities with us and explore the available options. This will help individualize your party or function. Our accommodating staff is eager to please you and your guests with delicious hors d’oeuvres, superb cuisine, fine wines, and special planning to make your party run smoothly. We will be responsible for all planned details, so you can sit back and enjoy the party.

We want your event to be individual and special. If you do not see a menu package that appeals to you, let us set up a planning session with our management. Please call Catering for event reservation, booking, and party planning appointments.

Not all events need a planning meeting; sometimes details can be worked out over the phone. Whatever the occasion, we strive to give our special signature to your party. Please give us a call at your convenience.

    • Jonathan Thomas

      Clubhouse Manager

      Jon reports directly to the general manager. His responsibilities include overseeing all of the dining rooms: Terrace Room, River Room, Brazos Room, Teen Room and The 19th Hole. He also oversees and directs all of the member and catered events.

      Adrianna Flores

      AM F&B Supervisor

      Oversees all dining room and food service employees, running daily activities and catered events.Trains new food service employees and continued education for the existing employees.The F&B Supervisor reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager.

      Crystal Douglass

      Event and Catering Director

      Crystal's responsibilities include coordinating special events and activities. She schedules all club meetings and banquet functions.
