Welcome to the Pecan Plantation Owners Association web site.  

The instructions below will assist you in logging onto the MEMBERS ONLY area for the first time.  Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to change your USER ID and PASSWORD.  There are no restrictions for choosing your new USER ID and PASSWORD, so we suggest that you choose something simple and easy to remember.

When logging in for the first time, your USER ID will be your assigned member number, and your PASSWORD will be your last name all in capital letters followed by your member number with no spaces. 

This applies to the primary member listed on the account.  For a secondary member (usually your spouse) the same information will apply, followed by an "A" for both USER ID and PASSWORD. Any additional registered members of the family will use the same member number and last name with member number followed by a "B", "C", or "D" as in the examples below.


EXAMPLE:    

John Doe, member number 1234 wants to login.  His information will be:

USER ID - 1234
PASSWORD - DOE1234

Jane Doe (John's wife) also wishes to login.  Her information will be:

USER ID - 1234A
PASSWORD - DOE1234A

Jeff Doe (John's son) also wishes to login. His information will be:

USER ID - 1234B
PASSWORD - DOE1234B

Jill Doe (John's daughter) also wishes to login.  Her information will be:

USER ID - 1234C
PASSWORD - DOE1234C
