All prospective property owners and tenants in Pecan Plantation are required to attend a Membership Orientation, complete and return a Membership Application to the business office. Membership Orientation can be scheduled before or after moving in. These meeting are very informative and give a brief overview of life in a gated community. They are held at the Pecan Plantation Clubhouse on the second Monday of each month at 8:45 a.m. and last approximately one hour.
