Contact - Pecan Plantation Owners Association

	JONATHAN "JON" THOMAS Clubhouse Manager Jon reports directly to the General Manager. His responsibilities include overseeing all of the dining rooms, Brazos Room, Teen Room, and the 19th Hole. He also oversees and directs all of the Member and Catered events.
	Carlos Martinez Chef Carlos is responsible for all culinary operations on and off property for PPOA. Carlos reports directly to the General Manager.
	Cali Booth AM F&B Supervisor Oversees all dining room and food service employees, running daily activities and catered events. Trains new food service employees and continued education for the existing employees. The F&B Supervisor reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager.
	Lula Pope Event and Catering Director Lula's responsibilities include coordinating special events and activities. She schedules all club meetings and banquet functions.
