PPOA Swimming Pool Rules
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - Guests, other than Inn guests, must be accompanied by members and registered upon entering the pool area.
Clubhouse Pool - When a lifeguard is not on duty, use of the pool is at the user’s risk, and all users must be eighteen (18) years old or accompanied and supervised by a person at least eighteen (18) years old. When a lifeguard is on duty, children ten (10) years and younger or any child who cannot swim, must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at least 18 years old unless participating in supervised activities.
PAC Pool – “WARNING NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY” Use of the pool is at the user’s risk. All users must be eighteen (18) years old or accompanied and supervised by a person at least eighteen (18) years old.
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - All swimmers must wear swimsuits that are specifically made for swimming. Street clothes are not allowed in the pool. If worn, diapers must be specifically made for swimming (i.e., "swim diapers").
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - Anyone with any type of illness or open sores, or who appears to be unable to care for themselves will not be allowed in the pool.
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - Everyone must shower prior to entering the pool.
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - To provide a family atmosphere for all, abusive/profane language and excessive public displays of affection will not be allowed.
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - Running, scuffling, profanity and rowdy behavior is strictly prohibited.
Clubhouse Pool - Use of the diving board can only take place when lifeguards are on duty. Running on the board, dangerous dives or stunt dives are not allowed at any time.
Clubhouse Pool - Diving into the shallow end of the pool is prohibited.
PAC Pool – Diving into the PAC Pool is prohibited.
Clubhouse Pool - Other than bottled water, only food and beverage purchased from the Clubhouse are allowed in the pool area.
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - No person shall eat or drink while in the pool and all food and beverage(s) have to be in non-breakable containers. Glass containers of any kind are not allowed on the pool deck.
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - Pets (other than service animals) are not allowed to enter the pool area.
Clubhouse Pool & PAC Pool - PPOA is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
Clubhouse Pool - Distracting the attention of the lifeguard is prohibited. Lifeguards are on duty to enforce rules for your safety and to respond to emergencies. Please obey their requests.
