The Infrastructure Committee advises the Board of Directors and Management on issues requiring technical expertise in current and future major projects in Pecan Plantation. The committee consists of up to eight members, meeting monthly or as needed .The members ideally have backgrounds in civil engineering, road building, drainage or community development. Committee members review and recommend approval or rejection of project pay requests, prepare and review procedures, and meet with persons proposing to plat new developments in Pecan Plantation.
