The LENMO Committee, as established in the 1992 LENMO Agreement, Second Addendum (commonly referred to as the LENMO II Agreement), is charged by the Board of Directors to work with the Developer on facilities and other issues, including location of facilities, site plans, size of future recreation,open areas, necessary drainage, pipeline, utility and access easements, and any other issues pertaining to the 1992 LENMO Agreement, Second Addendum. The five members meet monthly or as needed .The members ideally have backgrounds in large organization operations and negotiations, and an understanding of Association’s governing documents and the Turnover / LENMO Agreements and Amendments.
