The Bylaws and Governance Committee consists of five members, at least one of which is a member of the Board of Directors. Meeting at least monthly, the committee reviews all facets of the Association's governing documents and provides advice and counsel to the Board of Directors on any revisions deemed appropriate. This charge makes it ideal for committee members to have a legal or paralegal background or to have experience in the preparation of documents for governmental or quasi-govermental entities. A good working knowledge of document processing software is also necessary.
