The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) consists of up to 12 members, including a representative of the Developer. The primary purpose of the ACC is to issue building permits in accordance with recorded Covenants and Restrictions and the Rules and Regulations of Pecan Plantation. The committee meets bimonthly to review building plans and requests for variances. Members of the ACC ideally have a background in residential construction as well as an understanding of the Covenants and Restrictions and the Rules and Regulations.
